Historic Resources Correspondence
This page contains correspondence developed during the consultation process for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) assessment of adverse effects to historic resources from the undertaking as prescribed in 36 CFR § 800.5. Notably, as described in the FAA’s letters, the FAA has proposed a Finding of No Adverse Effect under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the implementing regulations promulgated by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. The correspondence includes the FAA’s proposed finding and supporting documentation, which was sent to all consulting parties to allow for the 30-day review period prescribed in 36 CFR § 800.5. The page also includes all responses received from the consulting parties based on their review of the FAA’s proposed Finding of No Adverse Effect.
